“There are far, far better things ahead than any we leave behind.”
- C.S. Lewis

Throughout her 6 years in STEM, Dinah has explored her love for STEM subjects beyond her initial interest in biology. She was a dedicated member of Circle of Friends, leading weekly activities to teach STEM concepts to elementary school students with special needs. She also participated in Synopsys Science Fair, Tech Challenge, and FTC.
Outside of SLI, Dinah was a very involved member of the Santa Clara High School music program. She was a leader within many ensembles, which include the marching band, symphonic band, and string orchestra, as well as Strolling Strings, the string chamber group which she founded. Dinah loves to serve her community in weekly church services and other events. She enjoys going on hiking and camping trips. She can often be found with her flock of 30+ award-winning chickens, selling their eggs and competing in poultry shows. She aspires to be an avian veterinarian.
