Saanvi Bhartiya, a member of Santa Clara High School’s Class of 2026, is a driven student with a passion for STEM, leadership, and community involvement. As part of the 49ers STEM Leadership Institute, she has pursued a rigorous academic path with a particular passion for chemistry. Through advanced coursework such as AP Chemistry, she has developed a strong interest in scientific problem-solving and hopes to continue exploring the sciences in the future, especially in areas connected to chemistry and genetics.

Outside of the classroom, Saanvi has demonstrated strong communication and analytical skills through Mock Trial, where she enjoys collaborating with teammates, building arguments, and strengthening her public speaking abilities. Her role as Mock Trial president reflects both her confidence and dedication to teamwork under pressure.

In addition to her academic and extracurricular achievements, Saanvi is committed to giving back to her community. As a youth soccer coach, she has worked closely with younger children to help them build confidence, teamwork, and athletic skills while creating a supportive and encouraging environment. Through her leadership, curiosity, and determination, Saanvi continues to grow as a well-rounded student dedicated to making a positive impact both inside and outside of school.
